Move Over Pumpkin Spice, There's A New Drink For Fall

For example, coconut oil and black pepper are needed in golden milk so the body can absorb the curcumin and provide you with more health benefits. To make Golden milk, first, make the paste. The paste can be kept in a sealed container for a couple of weeks. The paste can be kept in a sealed container for a couple of weeks.
